About YADA
YADA ("Yet Another Dating App") is a mobile dating application that allows users to add people they know to a private list. If two users mutually add each other, a match is created. YADA is operated by YADA and is available on iOS via TestFlight and, in the future, the Apple App Store.
YADA is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By using YADA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Eligibility
To use YADA you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a human — accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
- Not have been previously banned from YADA
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.
You may not impersonate another person, create a misleading profile, or use YADA to misrepresent your identity.
The Invite Feature & Email Notifications
YADA allows you to invite people to join the app. When you send an invite, YADA will send a one-time email to the recipient on your behalf from contact@anotherdatingapp.com.
The email does not reveal your identity — it only notifies the recipient that someone they know has added them on YADA. They must download the app to find out who.
By using the invite feature, you confirm that:
- You have a genuine personal relationship with the recipient
- You are not using the feature to send unsolicited messages to strangers
- You consent to YADA sending a one-time email to the recipient on your behalf
Recipients may opt out of email notifications at any time by contacting us at contact@anotherdatingapp.com.
YADA does not send bulk, promotional, or unsolicited emails. All invite emails are triggered by individual user actions within the app.
User Conduct
You agree not to use YADA to:
- Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or harm any other user
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Send unsolicited invites to people you do not have a personal relationship with
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation without prior written consent
YADA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. YADA's core design principle is discretion — nobody knows you added them unless they add you back. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and software associated with YADA are the property of YADA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any YADA content without express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to YADA (such as profile photos), but by uploading you grant YADA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimers
YADA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
YADA is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. You use YADA at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YADA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of YADA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
